Ivinex is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Support Technical Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our customers and ensuring their success with our products.
Serve as the primary technical point of contact for assigned clients, providing technical guidance and support to ensure the successful use of our software products
Proactively manage and monitor client support requests, ensuring prompt resolution and follow-up
Identify and prioritize areas for improvement in the customer experience, working with cross-functional teams to drive change
Collaborate with clients to understand their technical needs and provide tailored solutions and recommendations
Maintain a deep understanding of our software products and technical capabilities to effectively troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
Facilitate regular check-ins with clients to proactively address any concerns and build strong relationships
Communicate effectively with clients and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless support experiences
Continuously improve technical knowledge and skills to stay up-to-date on industry developments and advancements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
At least 3 years of experience in technical support, with a focus on software products
Strong technical knowledge and experience with software systems and applications
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Customer-focused approach, with a commitment to providing exceptional support and service
