Ivinex is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Implementation Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the successful implementation of our software products for clients and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Lead cross-functional teams through the implementation process, from project kick-off to final delivery

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations and ensuring timely resolution of any issues that may arise

Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders

Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource plans

Identify, track, and manage risks and issues, escalating as necessary to ensure timely resolution

Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and successful product launches

Communicate project progress and results to stakeholders, including senior management and customers

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field

At least 5 years of experience in project or program management, with a focus on software implementation

Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously

Proven track record of delivering successful software implementations

PMP or equivalent certification is a plus
